Thank you for choosing Graham Custom Leather! Every item we create is handcrafted with care and made specifically for you. Please review our shop policies before placing your order.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time your order is placed.
Orders will not be started until payment has been received.
If artwork approval is needed, artwork will be created and sent for approval after payment has been received.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once an order has been placed.
Once artwork has been approved by the customer, no additional changes or modifications can be made to the design.

Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on the size of the order, current workload, and the complexity of the project.
An estimated completion time will be discussed at the time of purchase. Please note that these are estimates and may vary.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and delivered to the shipping carrier, Graham Custom Leather is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping insurance is available upon request and is highly recommended for valuable orders. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please let us know before your order ships.

Product Photos & Color Variations

We do our best to accurately represent our products through photographs. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, leather dye lots, and individual screen settings.

Handmade Leather Products

Leather is a natural material, and every hide is unique. Natural markings, scars, grain variations, wrinkles, and slight color differences are a normal part of genuine leather and are not considered defects. We carefully inspect every hide and work around natural blemishes and markings as much as possible to ensure the highest quality finished product. However, some natural characteristics may still be visible and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Because every item is handcrafted, slight variations in stitching, color, tooling, engraving, hardware placement, and overall appearance may occur from one piece to another. These differences are a normal part of handmade craftsmanship and make every item one of a kind.
